Warming the August winter chill, The Glow Winter Arts Festival lights up the precinct, creating an artistic playground after dark for residents and visitors to explore. Featuring illuminated installations and free outdoor experiences.
In 2019 the event will be held from Thursday 15th to Sunday 18th, August.
